Dashboard Folder Limits

The dashboard has a limit of 500 folders that can be displayed at one time. While folders created beyond this limit are stored in our database, they will not be visible in the front-end interface.

How to Identify If You've Hit the Folder Limit

You may have reached the folder limit if:

• You are unable to create new folders

• New folders appear to save but don't show up in your dashboard

• You have approximately 500 or more folders in your dashboard

Best Practices for Folder Management

To maintain optimal dashboard performance and stay within folder limits:

• Regularly audit your folders and remove any that are no longer needed

• Consider consolidating similar folders

• Archive old or inactive folders when possible
