Speaking Your Language

Say farewell to confusing technical jargon and hello to an intuitive
document upload experience that actually makes sense! Our new upload
workflow transforms the way you categorize and process documents by
using familiar industry terminology and providing a guided, single-step
process.

Key Benefits You'll Love:
1. Intuitive Document Categories: We've replaced mysterious
"Solution Types" with clear Document Types that match how you
actually organize your work - Prime Contract, Subcontract,
Specifications, and Other. No more defaulting to "Comprehensive
Review" because you weren't sure what else to pick!

2. One-Stop Upload Experience: Complete everything in a single
streamlined modal - select your document type, apply multiple
checklists, assign team members, and crunch. What used to take
three separate steps now happens in one smooth workflow. It's like
upgrading from a flip phone to a smartphone, except for document
processing!

3. Intelligent Checklist Suggestions: Based on your document type
selection, we automatically surface the most relevant checklists. Your

custom checklists appear first, followed by our curated library options
specific to your document category.

4. Embedded Key Provisions: No more separate provision selection
step! Key provisions are now built directly into checklists, applying
automatically when you select them. One less thing to remember!
Document Type Categories:

• Prime Contract: Main agreements, general contracts,
  comprehensive reviews

• Subcontract: Trade contracts, subcontractor agreements

• Specifications: Technical specifications, project specs

• Other: Everything else - NDAs, RFPs, insurance policies, purchase
  orders, and more

Getting Started:
Look for the familiar "New" button and select "New Crunch" to experience
the enhanced workflow. The modal interface will guide you step-by-step
through document upload, type selection, checklist application, and
assignment - all without leaving your current page. We've also included
helpful tooltips and guidance throughout the process.

Behind the Scenes:
We've made significant infrastructure improvements to support this new
workflow, ensuring faster processing times and more reliable document
handling. Your existing documents and their classifications remain
unchanged - this update only affects new uploads going forward.
