What's New?
1. Trimble ProjectSight Integration: We've launched a game-changing
integration that eliminates the tedious download-and-reupload dance you've
been doing between Document Crunch and Trimble ProjectSight. Now you
can attach playbooks and risk/compliance checklists directly from Document
Crunch onto contracts in ProjectSight with just a few clicks. Your
construction project teams will thank you for the streamlined workflow, and
your mouse will thank you for the reduced clicking!
2. Enhanced PDF Experience: We've fixed the pesky offset markup issue that
was making your PDF annotations play hide-and-seek. Now your markups
will appear exactly where you place them, ensuring accurate document
review and collaboration every time.
3. Better Visual Guidance: We've updated our warning alert icons to be more
visible and informative, helping you spot important issues faster. Think of it
as adding neon signs to construction zones -- you'll definitely see what needs
your attention!
4. Enhanced Activity Tracking: We've implemented improved tracking for
download events, giving you better insights into how your team uses
Document Crunch. This helps us understand your workflow patterns and
continue improving the platform based on real usage data.
5. Performance Improvements: We've optimized our database operations
behind the scenes, removing inefficient processes that were slowing things
down. The result? Faster loading times and smoother performance when
accessing your contracts and assignments.
6. Architecture Improvements: We've invested in enhancing the underlying
architecture of Document Crunch. While this may not be immediately visible,
it sets the stage for future innovations and ensures a more scalable and
stable platform

What's New?
1. New Collaboration Feature – Commenting in Playbooks: We've
supercharged your ability to work together! Now you can add comments
directly on playbook items, mention teammates with the "@" symbol to grab
their attention, and engage in threaded discussions that keep conversations
organized. Plus, you can add links and emojis to make your comments more
expressive and useful. Because who doesn't love a good emoji to brighten up
a work discussion? 😊
2. Improved User Interface: We've fixed various design issues to make your
experience smoother and more consistent. Content now wraps properly
instead of running off the screen, and we've addressed visual inconsistencies
that were bugging us (and probably you too).
3. Enhanced Security Measures: We've strengthened our security protocols
to better protect your data and ensure authorized access works seamlessly.
We take your information security seriously and have implemented
additional safeguards behind the scenes.
4. Performance Optimizations: We've made several under-the-hood
improvements to make Document Crunch run faster and more efficiently.
Data retrieval is now quicker, and the overall system performance has been
enhanced for a smoother user experience.
5. Architecture Improvements: We've invested in enhancing the underlying
architecture of Document Crunch. While this may not be immediately visible,
it sets the stage for future innovations and ensures a more scalable and
stable platform. We've also streamlined some processes to make your
workflow more efficient.
6. Bug Fixes and Stability: Error handling has been improved across the
platform, making your experience more reliable and predictable.
7. New Collaboration Feature – Assignments: We've introduced a new Assignments feature that streamlines task delegation and ownership within your team. You can now assign entire checklists, playbooks, or specific sections to individual team members with automatic email and in-app notifications. The new "Assigned to me" dashboard section provides a centralized view of all your assigned tasks, while the assignment icon (👤) next to checklists and playbooks makes delegation simple and transparent. This enhancement improves accountability and ensures clear task ownership across your collaborative workflows.
